To choose the correct size for you, measure your body as follows:

  • Chest :Measure around the fullest part, place the tape close under the arms and make sure the tape is flat across the back.
  • Length : will be from the T-shirt Back neck point to the hem – Use a already owned T-shirt as an example – lay flat and measure as per diagram below
  • Shoulder : Measure from shoulder edge to shoulder edge – Use a already owned T-shirt as an example  – lay flat and measure as per diagram below
  • Hem : Measure around your waist/at point where T-shirt finishes – Use a already owned T-shirt as an example  – lay flat and measure as per diagram below (if you measure from side seam to side seam double the measurement)
  • Sleeve : Measure from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening – Use a already owned T-shirt as an example  – lay flat and measure as per diagram below
